Richard and Jackie Swinnea, the proud owners of Caffeinated Brew & Fizz, embarked on a journey with a clear vision: to build a thriving business that would benefit both their family and their community. Their passion for coffee and the love of running a business inspired the birth of Caffeinated Brew + Fizz.
In the winter of 2021, Richard purchased and skillfully refurbished his first coffee shop mobile trailer. From there, he diligently worked on crafting recipes, expanding the menu, and sourcing the finest products to best serve their customers. Caffeinated Brew + Fizz hit the road in March 2022, and within the same year, they successfully launched a second mobile trailer. Both mobile setups received a warm welcome in the neighboring communities.
As their venture continued to flourish, Richard and Jackie made a significant decision to purchase the old red brick building located on Seventh Street in Glenmora, Louisiana. This historic building, with a rich past as a hotel, pharmacy, hardware store, and flea market, underwent renovations that began in the spring of 2023. The hard work paid off, and the old building was transformed into a charming destination where you can savor a cup of our exceptional coffee in the delightful town of Glenmora.
We are a coffee shop with a modern uptown vibe, but also a warm & tranquil atmosphere. Our goal is to bring people together for a few moments in their day to experience peace and joy through a shared love for coffee.

Our coffee beans make a journey all the way from Central America. They comprise a full-bodied blend, offering a dark and smooth flavor profile with hints of nutty baker's chocolate. These top-quality beans boast a unique flavor and a level of smoothness that continuously receives rave reviews from our customers.
In addition to our splendid coffee, Caffeinated Brew + Fizz will also provide the option to rent out the shop for parties and events, making it a versatile and welcoming space for the community.
